What SOLO may not be used for. Breaking these rules can end an account.
Do not use SOLO to
Sell anything illegal where you or your customers are, counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, weapons, drugs, or regulated products you are not licensed to sell.
Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone’s rights — including AI pictures that misrepresent a product.
Make false claims in adverts or posts, including fake reviews, invented offers or misleading prices.
Send spam, or break the rules of the services SOLO connects to (Shopify, Meta, TikTok, your supplier).
Attack, probe or overload SOLO, or try to reach other customers’ data.
What we do
SOLO’s own checks refuse some of these automatically. Where we find a breach, we may pause agents, remove content SOLO published, or suspend the account, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
