Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

The agreement between you and SOLO: what we provide, what you are responsible for, and how the subscription works.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Smart Operations & Logistics Orchestration, LLC, doing business as SOLO ("SOLO", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use SOLO for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may.

What SOLO does

SOLO provides AI agents that run tasks for an online shop you own: researching products, listing them, designing the storefront, posting to your social accounts, running adverts within the budget you set, and keeping your books.

The agents act only within the limits and rules you configure, and only through accounts you connect (for example Shopify, Meta and your supplier). You can pause them at any time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your business: what it sells, what it publishes, the prices it charges, its taxes, its customer service and its compliance with the law where it trades. SOLO acts on your behalf and within your limits, and does not take responsibility for your business decisions.

You must keep your account secure, including two-step sign-in, and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You must follow our Acceptable use policy and the terms of every service you connect.

Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change, and remind you before a yearly plan renews.

Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Your Shopify plan, supplier costs and advertising budget are paid to those services directly and are not part of your SOLO plan.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. Your agents keep running for seven days; after that they pause until payment goes through. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

You can cancel online at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then ends. Refunds are covered by our Refunds and cancellation policy.

Your content and data

You own your content and your business data. You give us permission to use them only to provide SOLO to you. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Pictures and videos SOLO makes for you are yours to use. They are produced by AI models and you should review them before publishing; automatic publishing is off until you turn it on.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SOLO available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Services we connect to (Shopify, Meta, Stripe, model providers) may change or fail, and we are not responsible for their availability.

We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect; continuing to use SOLO after that means you accept them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SOLO is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time (Settings → Your data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable use policy, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
