Refunds and cancellation

How to cancel, and when money is returned.

Cancelling

Cancel any time online from Settings → Billing, in two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing using the Withdraw button in Settings → Billing. Your subscription ends at once, and we refund the unused part of what you paid, in proportion to the days remaining, within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Some countries give consumers further rights that cannot be excluded; nothing here limits them.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. Your agents keep running for seven days, then pause until payment goes through. Nothing is deleted.
